5 tips to keep you on track!

 

  1. 1.Aim to eat 2 pieces of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables every day.
  2. 2.Have you done 30mins of light-moderate physical activity today? (e.g. Walking).
  3. 3.Great snack options include; fruits, nuts (especially almonds), and light yoghurts.
  4. 4.Choose lean cuts of meat, chicken breast and turkey are great, don’t forget fish.
  5. 5.Always make time for breakfast and consume 2L of water every day.
